At Smile Creations Dental Innovations your treatment coordinator (TCO) is your personal contact to the practice. Whatever your need, whatever your concern she is there to discuss, explain and work with you to get you the smile you deserve.
Whether you are a new patient or one of our valued existing patients the TCO will help you with understanding the treatment and making sure you’re confident and happy with what the procedures are.
For all of our patient’s whether new or old the TCO offers a free initial consultation where you can discuss what you would like, what your concerns are and subject to a full clinical assessment from the dentist what can potentially be done for you. Information leaflets, possible costs and of course our TCO is there to help make the right decision for you, if after your appointment you have any further concerns your TCO is only a quick call away.
Meeting a new dentist is always daunting and you have to trust him or her and their team, your TCO will introduce you to your dental care professionals and she will explain all your needs and concerns to them.
An initial consultation with your TCO is free and the appointment will last about half an hour, after which you will be given a guided tour of our practice and have the chance to meet our team informally. At the end of this consultation your TCO will help you to arrange a convenient appointment for you to come in and see the dentist.
Following a clinical assessment with your dentist whether as a new patient or as an existing patient the TCO will be on hand to talk you through the planned treatment and discuss our financial policy, she will discuss all the options, answer any queries you have and then when you are happy will help you schedule your appointments.
